This is my capstone project for the diploma in data science.

The project deals with market mix modeling - optimizing budget allocation on various mediums like commercials, online campaigns and promotion strategies.

Employee Attrition Analysis

The task is to analyse the factors that lead to employee attrition - employees leaving either on their own or getting fired - and suggest any changes that can be made to the workplace. The main objective is to model the probability of employee attrition using a logistic regression model.
